Selling something that does not exist yet
Pre-construction real estate has a persistent communication problem: the people being asked to commit capital cannot see what they are committing to. Floor plans and artist impressions require the viewer to do imaginative work, and most will not.
The brief was to remove that gap entirely — to let an investor or prospective resident experience the community as though walking through it.
What we built
A full 3D model of the community built from architectural plans, rendered photorealistically with accurate lighting for different times of day, and cut into a two-minute cinematic walkthrough.
Accuracy mattered more than beauty. Renders that flatter the development create expectation gaps at handover, so materials, sight lines and scale were matched to the actual plans rather than idealised.
