Fixed scope and fixed price for defined deliverables, which is what most clients want for budget certainty. For longer or evolving engagements we run dedicated-team retainers with a fixed monthly rate. We do not run open-ended hourly billing.
What happens after launch?
You own the code and can take it in-house immediately — that is the point of clean handover. Most clients keep us on a support retainer covering bug fixes, dependency updates, security patches and feature work. Others hand over entirely to their internal team, which is a perfectly good outcome.
