The challenge
Glow Solar needed a modern website and a customer-facing dashboard where residential solar customers could monitor generation, savings and system performance in real time.
What we delivered
We rebuilt the brand identity, shipped a conversion-optimised website, and developed a real-time dashboard with generation charts, savings calculations and maintenance alerts.
Two products with one job
The website had to generate leads and the dashboard had to retain customers, and treating them as one project rather than two turned out to matter. The dashboard became the proof the marketing site was making claims about — prospects could see the actual interface rather than a stock photograph.
What we built
A Next.js marketing site engineered for Core Web Vitals and organic search, with a quote calculator that qualifies leads before they reach the sales team, and a customer dashboard consuming inverter telemetry to show generation against savings in currency rather than kilowatt-hours.
Presenting savings in money rather than energy units was the change that most affected engagement. Customers understand dollars; very few have an intuition for what a kilowatt-hour is worth.
- Next.js marketing site built to Core Web Vitals budgets
- Quote calculator qualifying leads pre-handoff
- Real-time generation dashboard fed by inverter telemetry
- Savings presented in currency rather than energy units
- Maintenance alerting on underperformance
Outcome
Inbound leads rose 180% and conversion improved 45%, with customer satisfaction measured at 95%. The performance work on the marketing site contributed directly to the lead increase through improved organic visibility.
