Which AI models, frameworks, and vector databases do you use?

Can you fine-tune models or keep our data private?
Yes. We fine-tune open-source models (Llama, Mistral) on your proprietary data and deploy them in your own VPC, so your data never leaves your infrastructure. For OpenAI/Anthropic, we use enterprise zero-retention agreements. We also build air-gapped on-prem deployments for healthcare, finance, and government clients.
How do you prevent AI hallucinations and ensure quality?
Several checks work together. We tune retrieval (RAG) with re-ranking so answers come from the right documents, and outputs follow fixed JSON schemas. Guardrails keep the AI on topic. Automated tests grade every prompt change against a set of known-good answers, and a person reviews high-stakes steps. Every AI product ships with dashboards for accuracy, speed and cost.
Will I own the AI product, prompts, and underlying code?
Yes. You own 100% of the code, prompts, fine-tuning datasets and IP. We hand it all over through your private GitHub or GitLab repo at every milestone. We never reuse client prompts, embeddings, or training data on other projects. The contract explicitly assigns all rights to you on final payment.
Do you offer ongoing AI maintenance and prompt optimization?
Yes. AI products need regular tuning as the models change. Our AI Maintenance retainers (starting $2,500/mo) cover model upgrades (e.g., GPT-4 → GPT-5), prompt regression testing, cost optimization, vector index re-builds, hallucination monitoring, and quarterly performance audits.
